File Format Reminder

Only .jpg, .jpeg, and .png formats are accepted. Please ensure your photos have the correct format and extension.

Quick Tips

1. Toggle session mode if you wish to process multiple images at once.
2. Click "Choose Files" to select your image files (accepted formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .png).
3. After confirming the file formats, click "Scan Images" to run OCR on each image.
4. Review the scanned lines—each line is color-coded (alternating white and light blue) for easier navigation.
5. Label each line using the dropdown menus (choose from Name, Contact Number, or Email).
6. If in session mode, click "Complete Session" after processing all images to enable exporting.
7. Finally, export your data as CSV or XLS or clear all data if needed.
